To adjust the firmness of the filling in your bake-off products, two different types of fillings are available:
• RudinKo Firm Tex: bake stable sausage filling with a firm structure;
• RudinKo Soft Tex: bake stable sausage filling with a soft structure.

Variations for precooked meat are also available.
