NEW: Zesti Anti Microbial Flavors

Ruitenberg introduces Zesti Anti Microbial (AM) flavors which are designed to enhance natural meat flavor profiles with the added benefit of pathogen protection during shelf life.

As documented in a recent series of third party challenge studies, the AM flavors exhibit anti-microbial properties against a variety of gram negative and gram positive bacteria including Listeria monocytogenes in hot dog and sausage applications.
