With RudinKo the minced meat gets exactly the right structure and firmness. This enhances the processability of the filling and contributes to the appearance and the eating properties of the baked product. RudinKo strongly contributes to maintaining the moist and fat during the baking process. Flavourings are preserved in this manner and the filling keeps its juicy character.

RudinKo sees that the filling hardly looses any moist and fat during the baking process. There will be no unattractive empty spaces between filling and pastry. Special variants
With a special variant of RudinKo it is even possible to process precooked minced meat instead of the fresh meat. With this variant it is possible to produce meat buns and sausage rolls at an industrial scale without veterinary approval.
