In this way we can meet the customers demands on supplying high quality ingredients. Ruitenberg Ingredients feels very strongly about quality. All employees are committed to the quality of the products, service and knowledge.
The quality of our products is monitored within the complete supply chain:
From the suppliers of raw materials, through production till the delivery of final products at our customers. Quality checks are performed at many steps in this process. Tracking and tracing has already been guaranteed for many years. All products are fully traceable throughout the whole process. The ERP system contains not only all tracking information about incoming, processed and outgoing materials, but also contains the corresponding analyses data. This routine is according to the requirements of traceability of the General Food Law. Regarding GMO we have the policy that all raw materials and final products are conform regulations (EU) 1829/2003 and 1830/2003. This means that all products are non GMO and don't need labeling concerning genetic modification. To monitor the quality of our products several laboratories are used. For analyses which are very specific for our products we use our own laboratory. Examples are the analyses of liquorice and liquid smoke products.
