Zesti Smoke®Bacon
For the production of bacon, the new Zesti Smoke®Bacon has been developed for direct addition to the brine. A high quality competitive liquid smoke. Simply add 0.5 - 1% of the new Zesti Smoke® Bacon to the brine solution for a pleasant mellow flavor.
