Bakery fillings

As industrial bakeries are our target group, we developed fillings suitable for industrial processes without compromising the culinary characteristics.

During the development of the Rudin®Filling concept our bakery technologists mainly focussed on the functional characteristics of the fillings. The culinary characteristics the fillings had to satisfy were safeguarded by involving our chef from the start of the development process for Rudin®Filling. This combination of technology and culinary finesse has resulted in a fantastic range of bake-stable fillings.
