The high quality smoke flavors are distributed in Europe by Ruitenberg Ingredients as Netherlands-based European Master Distributor. A great variety of flavors is now available directly from stock in the Netherlands. This guarantees short lead times. To expand our distribution network we are still looking for distributors in Germany, Poland, Austria, Sweden and several Central/East European countries.

Liquid and powdered smoke and grill flavors can be used in a host of applications and products such as processed meat products, spice blends, ready meals, marinades, chips, soups, vegetarian products and sauces.

Proven safety
Zesti Smoke® products are authorised for use in the EU. As part of the current safety evaluation being undertaken by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), Zesti Smoke® has carried out extensive independent studies on the consistency and safety of our smoke flavoring. At all stages in the current evaluation we have met with the requirements of EFSA in order to demonstrate the continuing safety of our products.
